I was born wired for change. This ability to imagine the possibilities with empathy is what sets me apart from other change advisors. As the President & Chief Change Coach at Aquarius Change, I specialize in transformation through inspired action.

My motto is simple: everything is figure-outable. I work with people to reimagine human-centered change that is activated by vision and purpose, to make magic happen. This is how I help organizations and individuals create meaningful, lasting change through resonance.

In the last five years, I’ve led organizational change management strategy and implementation for a dozen technology and HR projects as both an independent consultant and as a Deloitte consultant in Canada. I also have a decade of corporate experience as a communicator, learning coach, career transition coach, business advisor, and systems thinker, spanning industries including energy, software, public sector, insurance, and banking.

Along with being called a maverick throughout my career, I’m also part Viking, and I’m a certified Prosci Change Practitioner with Business Process Management certification through Mount Royal University.
